As part of our Conceptual Design services above, we will help you make major design decisions based on your cannabis market, your community, and your unique business goals. In addition to that, we can support your application efforts with the following:
Exhibit Integration: We will work with you to determine what specific aspects of your other application exhibits (i.e. Community Impact Plan) need to be reflected in the facility design, to ensure it's cohesive with your application and that there are no discrepancies.
Additional Legal Citations: We will annotate all compliance-related elements in our drawings and tie them back to the regulations, demonstrating to Reviewers that you take the rules seriously.
Supplementary Design Diagrams: We will break down the facility design into simplified, visual diagrams to help Reviewers better understand your space and its associated functions.
Facility Design Technical Narrative: We will provide you with a customized narrative that is concise, informative, and compliant.

Guidance to Design Team: Initially we will provide your architect and engineers with the necessary files they need to start drafting their documentation, as well as written guidance to give them a jump start on the project. From there, we will streamline coordination and be a constant resource for any clarification or guidance your Design Team may need.
Project Coordination: When major design decisions are being made or modified, we will be there to highlight the critical interdependencies between operations and facility design/ building systems design, so that everyone is on the same page and making well-informed decisions.
Contract Document Reviews: We are happy to review your project’s CD’s at 50% and 90% Completion to ensure that the final design meets all regulatory and operational criteria, and confirm that nothing has slipped through the cracks.
Contract Administration Support: We know changes are inevitable as you proceed with build-out, and are there to help your team find practical solutions that will not hinder your operational goals.
